Hmm. Please make sure you have the latest update of the app on your phone (we do some housekeeping and release fun new features from time to time, and it's important to have the latest version to make sure everything is in ship shape).
It's also a good idea to try the old hack: Close the app and reopen it. Or delete it from your phone and download it again to make sure you really start from scratch. Don't worry - your user won't disappear.
